Dark Horse Pastries by Chef Terrell Cole presents, Sunday Funday Brunch Series featuring Momma Cuisine
This duo will be collaborating to host the last Sunday Funday of the summer season. Join us for a 3 course mixture of cuisines, offering unique flavors, satisfying savories alongside mimosas & sangria.
Join us either for inside or outside seating as a table of 2 to a party of 12. Our quaint pastry shop will be transformed to reflect the essence of cafe street dining and will make you forget you’re in Naperville.
Ticket prices are $40 (+tax & a small credit card fee) purchasing of a ticket will reserve a seat for you at one of 3 dining times, 9:30, 11:30 & 1:30 and a decadent 3-course meal. You don’t want to miss this!
First course: Seared polenta w/ a red chorizo gravy and grilled apples.
Main Course: (Choice of)
Island Bowl: Chopped grilled chicken marinated with the flavors of the Philippine islands. Served with brown rice or grilled vegetable hash, pickled vegetables and a sunny side up egg.
Spicy Beef Bowl: Thinly-sliced grilled beef marinated in Korean spices and honey. Served with brown rice or grilled vegetable hash, pickled vegetables and a sunny side up egg.
Dessert: Mini ricotta cheese donuts w/ vanilla bean anglaise and fresh strawberries tossed in cinnamon sugar.
