Orange Theory @ Athleta – April 22

Our workout will consist of 15 mins of explaining the basics of the OrangeTheory workout, followed by a 30 min body weight workout. The workout will focus on toning, building muscle and creating long lasting endurance. The last 15 mins will be a breakdown of what our overall goal is for every member at OrangeTheory Fitness, along with some light stretching.
