Our Servers make great first impressions by promptly greeting and escorting our guests to the dining room while being conscious of their body language and presence. They have a full knowledge of our menu items which enables them to help our guests make meal choices that support their lifestyle. They properly record guest’s orders and enter them into our Point-of-Sale system. Additionally, they follow up with the Kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt delivery according to specification and service standards.
Position Requirements are:
- High School Diploma or GED; or 3 to 6 months of related experience or training
- Flexibility in schedule with the ability to work early mornings, weekends, and evenings
- Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
- Experience with MICROS or other POS technology is a plus
