Anderson’s Toyshop

After 52 years as a downtown fixture, Anderson’s Bookshop is adding Anderson’s Toyshop as a separate entity. The bookshop has been in the toy business almost from the start, so today, with that experience, the Anderson family’s Anderson’s Toyshop is positioned to become the area’s go-to baby gift, birthday present, and special treat destination!

“We’re trying to fill a void for a general toy store and offering a great selection of high quality toys, games, crafts and puzzles,” says Katie Anderson, Assistant Toy Buyer who has helped get Anderson’s Toyshop launched, with her father Tres Anderson, an owner of the business with his siblings. “We want this to be a place where kids can come and be themselves and get excited because we’re excited to share this with our customers.”

Many of the same toy products that Anderson’s Bookshop carries are now at Anderson’s Toyshop, but are substantially extended. Toylines include well-known favorites like Gund, Jellycat, Playmobil, Lego, International Playthings, Ravensburger and Melissa & Doug.
