We are a fully equipped Pilates studio offering group classes on both reformer and mat as well as private instruction.
Pilates is a preventative system of movement focusing on core strength, proper alignment and breath. The exercises increase joint mobility and improve muscle tone, organ function and overall strength and flexibility of the body. Built on six basic principals: concentration, control, centering, precision, flow and breath, Pilates helps your body move efficiently.
In your first few classes improve:
- Core – strengthen your back, abs and obliques
- Breath – reduce stress and anxiety
- Flexibility – create length within muscles
- Mobility – increase range of motion within the joints
- Posture – bring the body into alignment and create symmetry
Indoor Cycling is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome. Please bring a towel and water bottle. All classes are 50 minutes.
