Sur la Table
Class Description: When you’re making dessert for guests – especially at the holidays – you want a showstopper. Your dessert should look and taste amazing, and the recipe should be absolutely foolproof. You’ll see how two types of ginger (and a few unusual ingredients) build intense flavor in an elegant gingerbread layer cake. You’ll also make a deeply chocolaty, yet light and creamy semifreddo with a vibrant cherry sauce. And, for when you need to make an impression without all the fuss, you’ll learn the secret to Chewy Chai-Spice Sugar Cookies – crackly on the outside, chewy on the inside, and flavored from edge to edge with homemade chai spice.
America’s Test Kitchen has been teaching millions of home cooks the secrets to success in the kitchen for 25 years. You know America’s Test Kitchen from their two public television shows (watched by 4 million people every week) as well as their bestselling cookbooks, legendary magazines, and trusted websites and online cooking school.
