Julia Child’s Birthday Celebration + Free Book: Aug. 14

What You Will Learn
Cooking Class Description: “The more you know, the more you can create. There’s no end to imagination in the kitchen.” – Julia Child Celebrate the treasured chef’s birthday in this class honoring her legacy. Our chef instructor will teach you the French techniques necessary for mastering some of Julia’s most beloved recipes. Practice searing herby chicken, scalloping potatoes for gratin dauphinois and whipping egg whites for a bright and delicious French dessert: raspberry soufflé. Bon appétit! A portion of your class tuition will be donated to the Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts, and each participant will go home with a copy of People Who Love to Eat Are Always the Best People: And Other Wisdom, a collection of Julia Child quotations.
