Once you discover how simple it is to make butter chicken in this small, hands-on class, you might just skip take-out altogether. First, we’ll create an easy marinade, then move on to making the tomato and onion-based sauce. At the end of the class, you’ll have a full indian meal ready with instructions on how to reheat (or freeze) at home.
What To Expect: Great cooking is about more than recipes—it’s about techniques. In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
