Movement is one of the best things you can do during your pregnancy to ease prenatal discomforts, keep your body systems functioning properly, improve sleep and energy levels

and best of all…help prepare your female reproductive system for labor and position your baby for a more efficient birth!

New mamas can work to regain strength in their compromised areas of the abdominals, pelvic floor and back. Deep Abdominal Breathing and Pelvic Floor work (strengthening AND relaxing) will be woven into each class as well as assessing postural changes and compensations in order to keep you safe and lessen the likelihood of problematic symptoms during the remainder of your pregnancy and into postpartum.

This class is open to all levels, even those who have never taken a yoga class.
