In The Heart-Centered Journal workshop, we’ll do two brief meditations and four journaling exercises to help open and support your heart in these interesting times, and if comfortable, there will be time to share your writings. All experience levels are welcome.
Please bring a journal or notebook, a writing instrument, and a yoga mat or something else to sit on.
