Teens aged 12-17 are welcome!
This 8-week series will be nourishing to the soul and body. Your teen will learn flips, tricks, and how to strengthen and and stretch their bodies. They will enjoy an uplifting, judgment free environment to explore aerial movement.
Please send your teen with leggings or pants that cover the backs of their knees and a refillable water bottle. MONDAYS – April 3 – May 22
