Grab a challenge card, write your name and hang it up to keep track of your classes for September. Additionally, we will have some of our favorite local business (Face Foundrie, Nautical Bowls, Amber Waves and more) coming into the studio as a treat for YOU. Take this month for yourself to create habits, accountability and enjoy time with your Shyft community. When you use the tracker for classes and events, we’ll add it up and have raffles throughout the month and a grand giveaway too!
