Park After Dark is a free, family-friendly arts weekend at the Naperville Community Concert Center in Central Park, taking place July 17–19.

Built around the idea of reinvention, the weekend features three distinct evenings of live performance—from a fresh take on the music of Paul Simon, to a celebration of the female icons of the ’50s and ’60s, to a night of soulful grooves, improvisation, and genre-blending sounds inspired by artists like Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles.

The Concert Center itself will be transformed into a more intimate, immersive environment through creative stage design and lighting, inviting audiences to experience the space in a completely new way.

Throughout the weekend, simple, family-friendly experiential art moments offer opportunities to engage—from collaborative experiences like “You Write the Song” to hands-on ways to create and explore.

Guests are encouraged to make an evening of it—enjoying Downtown Naperville restaurants or bringing a picnic to the park, with local partners woven into the experience in thoughtful, community-driven ways.
