PANDORA Jewelers is seeking individuals who are friendly, energetic, customer-service oriented and who work well in a fast-paced environment to join our Naperville Team in Downtown Naperville! We provide extensive training and the opportunity for personal growth. Part-time and seasonal positions are available.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Utilize the PANDORA Selling Conversation.
• Build customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to meet personal and company sales goals through sales techniques and training.
• Must be detail oriented and security conscious.
• Must have creative thinking and strong communication skills.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, campaigns, and product.
• Willingness and flexibility with hours/availability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Minimum of 1 year in sales is preferred.
• Part time hours can range from 5-25 hours depending on the store’s needs. During holidays and promotions, hours can increase.

COMPENSATION:

We offer hourly + competitive commission, incentives, vacation time and employee discount. Hourly earning with commission ranges from $13-$16 per hour.
