Little Barn Baby is looking for part-time and full-time Sales Associates to join our Geneva and Naperville teams.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, warm, and customer-focused
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Excited to open and unpack new arrivals
• Happy to help merchandise displays and make the shop look beautiful
• Comfortable helping customers, restocking, gift wrapping, and keeping the store organized
• A positive team player
• Retail experience is a plus, but not required

We offer flexible scheduling, making this a great opportunity for moms, students, or anyone looking for a schedule that works with their lifestyle. Weekend availability is important.
