Supervisor for SaraBoo Creek

In addition to day-to-day engagement with customers and visitors, this position involves the oversight of our Naperville store operations and staff, as well as involvement in a variety of retail functions including merchandising and product monitoring. Generally, this position works best with 4-5 shifts/week and likely a few hours at home (25-35 hours). We are flexible around scheduling (let’s discuss the ideal win-win!), though we ask that the supervisor work some weekend shifts (at least 1-2/month). This position also requires additional flexibility and a positive spirit around the seasonal dynamics and production peaks of our business, particularly the greater demands of the holiday season.
