Property owners propose $21M development for old Nichols Library site

Plans for a $21 million, four-story commercial and residential building that would border the old Nichols Library on two sides were submitted to the city of Naperville Tuesday.

“It continues to be a mixed-use development,” said Lissa Druss, of Serafin and Associates, the company representing owner-developers Dwight Avram and Jeff Brown.  Read more here
